We have officially been awarded a High Silver Kubota Service Excellence award for 2022-2023!
The BTE team have done a fantastic job to achieve the award from Kubota. We have completed all campaigns on time and to a high standard. Additionally, we provide extra support for key accounts which is a great help to Kubota and has been greatly appreciated.
To achieve the award we have demonstrated a customer first approach which includes technical expertise, product knowledge and professionalism. We have continued to invest in first class facilities including our fully equipped workshops and service vehicles. Furthermore, our staff are Kubota trained and our engineers can provide expert diagnostics, repairs and general servicing. This training is paramount and Kubota regularly hold events at is training centre, equipping our team with the knowledge needed to help our customers.
