This month our employee spotlight is on Ben Catlin!
At the beginning of every month we are getting together with a member of #teamBTE and celebrating them! We have a very dedicated and hard working team that ensure all our customers are looked after as best as possible. Whether in sales or service, at our Head Office or other depots; every team member is important to us.
Ben is one of our Service Engineers that works out in the field, visiting customers on site. He covers from the west of Nottingham up to and around our Leeds depot. The majority of his works includes servicing machines and carrying out any repairs. Our Service Engineers are an essential part of the BTE team as they help keep your machines up and running and minimise downtime.
Having been with us for over 2 and a half years, Ben is a brilliant asset to the business and has a wealth of knowledge and industry experience. We had a sit down with him to get to know the real important stuff including what his favourite biscuit is!
