This month our employee spotlight is on Area Sales Manager, Joe Morris!
At the start of each month we want to introduce you to a member of the BTE team. This month’s employee spotlight is on Joe Morris, one of our Area Sales Managers who covers our Northern depot. Having originally started with BTE in our parts department, Joe has fully found his feet in sales. His hard work ethic and personality have made him a great success with customers and staff.
We sat down with Joe and got to know a little bit more about what he does in his spare time and of course his favourite biscuit. Read on for the interview..!

Job title: Area Sales Manager
Job description: Building and maintaining customer relationships. Supplying any machinery needs.
Likes: Jiu-Jitsu, Man United, Festivals, DJ’ing
Dislikes: Liverpool FC, Hangovers, Traffic, Lying
Top 3 TV series: Luther, US Office, Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Favourite biscuit: Honey Comb cookies
What are the values that drive you? Loyalty, Strong Work Ethics, Reliability and Humor
What do you like about working at BTE? Getting to sell the best products on the market in a brilliant area. Working with fantastic staff.
What would you improve at BTE? Communication, To be able to buy holidays, team activities.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Nights out at the local Pubs, watching the footie, Jiu-jitsu.
